Simon started his real estate career in the Gold Coast of Australia 14 years ago. Simon had 9 years of real estate success in one of Australia’s most competitive real estate markets and was part of the highly acclaimed offices of Gold Coast Homes and then moved onto Ray White Surfers Paradise Group. Simon galvanized a reputation in the Gold Coast market as one of the most dynamic and proficient operators around. He earned the acknowledgment and respect of real estate market leaders, well known and respected public identities and real estate principals up and down the Australian East Coast. Winning many peer and company awards has provided Simon with acumen that can only be achieved through experience and success. Simon has brought to New Zealand a level of acumen and steely determination required to succeed in the most discerning marketplaces. 


Simon enjoyed wide success across a number of price categories but managed to elevate his career in 2005 by focusing solely on the highly competitive arena of Prestige Sales. Understanding what delivers results within the shortest possible timeframe and following through on what is promised under-pinned many successful real estate transactions of multi-million dollar homes. 


Simon built a reputation for big marketing campaigns that grabbed the headlines and ensured his clients generated the most prominent profile possible. 


Whilst selling; the belief in knowing you are getting every cent you pay for was part of Simon’s unwavering focus to deliver the best possible service, best possible advice, best possible marketing plan and ultimately the best possible result. Client communication stacks high on Simon’s focus to ensure all parties are highly involved in both the buying and selling process….this equally has translated to the several leadership positions Simon has held since arriving back in New Zealand. 


In 2009 Simon was appointed General Manager of Goodwin Realty overseeing 5 offices on the city fringe inner west suburbs of Auckland. With a strong sales team and strategically placed offices, Simon introduced many game changing initiatives to up the sales volume and overall market share of these offices. After a short time Simon’s efforts and general awareness was becoming known to several major competitors, one being Bayleys Real Estate. 


In 2011 Simon was appointed Regional General Manager of Central and Inner West Auckland for Bayleys Real Estate. Several months later Simon assisted in bringing Bayleys to new markets by influencing the sale of the previously owned Goodwin Realty offices. Simon ensured the Bayleys brand with the now strategically placed offices throughout Mt Eden, Sandringham, Mt Albert, Point Chevalier, Avondale, whilst meshing teams from Titirangi and Ponsonby offices to ensure brand standards were ridgedly upheld overseeing the emersion and introduction of NZ's largest full service real estate company successfully into these exciting new markets.
